Course Instructors

Dr. Reynolds-Kyle entered the healthcare field motivated by a desire to help people gain control over their health and promote self-sufficiency. She has been practicing for more than 25 years.

Since 2015, she has been utilizing Shock Wave Therapy to treat sports injuries, tendinopathies, myofascial pain syndromes, arthritis, and many other conditions. She is a member of the international Shockwave Society, ISMST.

She believes that an unmatched confidence comes from the ability to act independently and take one’s quality of life into one’s own hands.

Dr. Knoche opened Springs Chiropractic in Colorado Springs in 1986. Upon graduation from Texas Chiropractic College, he moved to Colorado Springs.

He specializes in sports injuries, work and auto injuries, headaches, back pain, shoulder, knee, ankle, and hip pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and exercise rehabilitation.
